Moms often battle the internal struggle of “shoulds.” I should be more attentive to my kids…I should be more creative for the holidays…I should have gotten more done, etc. However, this guilt is a dead-end. This week be aware of comparing to others, remind yourself that you are enough.
A good night’s sleep can make or break the following day. Start with a good bedtime routine, including writing out your to-do’s and worries to take them off your mind. Use relaxation techniques like deep breathing and soothing music. Turn off electronics in time to unwind. And adjust the room conditions to be most comfortable for you.
